Demonstrable experience of assisting in the pricing of construction projects and a working knowledge of forms of contract such as NEC3 and JCT will be a necessity. You will have a high level of computer literacy, and will have experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you must demonstrate the ability to read and accurately interpret drawing and technical specifications. As a person you will be well organised with good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
