Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Fire Safety Surveyor for a project.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its FRA team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
Role:
Survey and complete reports for external and internal FRA Door works.
Report on condition of existing doors and whether refurbishmenteplacement works to be undertaken
Carry out surveys for fire doors across all properties and communal areas
Ensuring correct paperwork is done
Ensuring work is done to a high standard
Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors.
Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process.
Essential:
Full Driving Licence
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2/3 Carpentry or City & Guilds
Social Housing Experience
FRA experience
