Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of building surveyors
- Managing and delivering a diverse range of building surveying services across commercial, rural, and residential sectors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Overseeing project management from inception to completion
- Providing strategic input into the future direction of the team and wider business
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying
- Proven leadership experience within a building surveying team
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential sectors
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive business development
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
