Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their large sized care home near Canterbury. This is a chance to join a reputable national provider with good support systems along with taking over management of a home with stable foundations.
This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing a dementia service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing a new staff team along with ensuring the financial performance of the home.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. Candidates need to be highly visible, commercially sharp and able to demonstrate real evidence of successful turnaround/troubleshooting experience in residential/dementia settings.
The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

The home is based near Dover and would be a suitable commute from Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Aylesham, Chislet and the wider East Kent area.
