Responsibilities include: Monitor and Manage Tracker Unit Alerts Continuously review and proactively manage all Tracker Unit alerts to ensure timely resolution. Customer and Depot Communication Liaise with customers and depots regarding Tracker Unit alerts, following internal processes for alert maintenance and resolution.
