Key responsibilities include: Managing and following up Supplier Corrective Action Reports to drive improvements across the supply chain Supporting the identification, documentation and resolution of non-conformities and customer complaints Assisting with Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation Supporting inspection and compliance verification of received goods Collecting quality data and supporting trend analysis to improve finished goods quality Assisting with internal audits, QHSE tours and continuous improvement activities Supporting supplier approvals, performance monitoring and vendor appraisals Producing and maintaining key Quality and QHSE documentation (e.g. Quality Plans, ITPs, certification dossiers) Supporting calibration systems, welding records and external standards registers Liaising closely with Engineers, Production, Projects and Dispatch to resolve quality issues efficiently Providing guidance on QHSE matters and supporting the training of new or junior team members Skills & Experience We re looking for someone with a strong interest in Quality and Engineering, who wants to build a long-term career in this space. You ll ideally have: Experience or knowledge of inspecting electrical and/or mechanical products Exposure to regulated industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical or similar Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Awareness or working knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ATEX / IECEx, ASME and PED Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills A proactive, professional approach and willingness to learn Full training and development will be provided, making this an excellent step for someone looking to deepen their technical quality knowledge.
