You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and developing our childcare curriculum, contributing to the continued growth of our innovative and learner-centric programme offer. What you'll be doing: Planning, delivering and continuously improving high-quality lessons and schemes of work that stretch, challenge and inspire learners across a range of abilities and levels Creating engaging learning materials, activities and digital resources that support strong learner progress and align with curriculum and qualification requirements Developing learner-centred assessment strategies, incorporating formative and summative assessment, and providing constructive/timely feedback to support student growth Building a positive, inclusive and professional classroom culture whereby every learner feels valued, motivated and supported to achieve their goals Providing regular coaching, mentoring and pastoral support to help students develop confidence, resilience and readiness for their next steps Staying abreast regarding changes in the childcare field, safeguarding updates, legislation and workforce skills needs to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and employment-focused What you'll need: Recent experience teaching Childcare from entry-level through to Level 2 and Level 3 - ideally within a Further Education/College setting; alongside recent experience in practice/working in a vocational setting within early-years.
