Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in Northamptonshire office + monthly travel to Denmark)
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Our client, a global leader in intralogistics and warehouse solutions, is seeking a commercially minded Finance Managerto support operations in Denmark and Norway. This is an excellent opportunity to combine financial expertise with international exposure in a company known for innovation and growth.

The role:
As Finance Manager, youll act as a key finance partner to local management and project teams, providing accurate analysis, reporting, and insights that drive performance across two countries.

Key responsibilities:

• Financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
• Month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting
• VAT/statutory reporting and Group-level reporting
• Process improvement and cross-country collaboration
  

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Manager,Management Accounting or similar
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Confident communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Relevant management/financial accounting qualification
• Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in an international setting
