Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & HCM technical delivery experience, including 5+ years in a lead role
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification
• 2+ full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials & HCM
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM & EPM Cloud architecture
• Solid understanding of UK Gov Cloud hosting, data sovereignty, and compliance (NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus)
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, communication & leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) is desirable
