Job Description
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-respected and growing Chartered Surveyors who are located in the heart of Oxford.
We are looking for a professional and motivated AutoCAD Technician with experience in Architectural Building practices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Production of 2D AutoCAD drawings
- Preparation of planning and listed building applications and submission via the Planning Portal
- Preparation of Building Regulation applications
- Developing detailed proposals for kitchen and bathroom layouts, sectional drawings, roof and masonry repair details etc
- Occasional measured Survey work
- Preparation of door, window, and ironmongery schedules on Excel spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in AutoCAD drawings
- Experience working within the Building Surveying industry and preparing regulations
- Experience in 2d drawing
