chef de partie required for a fantastic Japanese restaurant in London, this role is for the hot kitchen but could include a small amount of suishi if you have that experience as well This kitchen is all about a small number of customers but the food done in a fantastic way. You will learn so much here with a monthly learning day when all the chefs come together to learn something new. Salary 35-348k + service. This is all about learning and you will really enjoy the learning days each month. The role We are looking for a chef de partie who has a passion for Japanese cookery or wants to learn more of it. you will work within the hot main kitchen creating the range of hot Japanese dishes. This role will include prepare your section for service, run your section in service and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties experience we are looking for a chef de partie with either japanese cookery skills OR a passion to learn Japanese and your currently in a good quality restaurant maybe on the grill. Most important is the passion to learn Japanese cookery. you will have great presentation skills.
