We are seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a rapidly growing HVAC team working across London & Kent area. This is a pure AC installation role with no call-out, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work on major commercial VRF air conditioning installation projects.
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading air conditioning installation works, supporting junior engineers, and delivering high-quality HVAC installations across a wide variety of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Air conditioning installation on commercial projects (VRF, VRV, splits)
- Leading installation teams on large HVAC projects
- Testing, commissioning, and completing high-quality AC installations
- Ordering materials and ensuring correct AC installation procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all HVAC and H&S regulations
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior or Lead Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
- Strong background in VRF installation and commercial AC installation
- City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1
- CSCS or equivalent skill card
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to lead a team and deliver projects to a high standard
- PASMA/IPAF advantageous
