Key Responsibilities Lead high-value (£10m £40m) cut & carve, refurbishment and fit-out projects across Central London. Manage all technical aspects including structural alterations, MEP coordination, logistics and high-end finishes. Drive programme, coordination, quality assurance and project reporting. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain. Ensure exceptional standards of finish aligned to award-winning project expectations.
