This organisation is recognised as a market leader in complex cut & carve , structural re-modelling, high-end CAT A/B fit-outs and technically challenging refurbishment projects ranging from £5m £40m. Key Responsibilities Lead high-value (£10m £40m) cut & carve, refurbishment and fit-out projects across Central London. Manage all technical aspects including structural alterations, MEP coordination, logistics and high-end finishes. Drive programme, coordination, quality assurance and project reporting. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain. Ensure exceptional standards of finish aligned to award-winning project expectations. Who We re Looking For Proven background delivering complex cut & carve and London refurbishment / fit-out projects. Experience managing multi-million-pound schemes, ideally up to £30m £40m. Strong technical understanding of construction methodology, structural works, sequencing and MEP integration. Commercial awareness with experience of cost, procurement and contractual management.
