Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy that has seen significant growth across all sectors in recent years. To support this expansion, we are seeking a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate to join their friendly and sociable team.

The role offers flexibility and variety, covering Agency, Valuation, and additional General Practice work, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy a broad remit.

Candidate Profile

• MRICS qualified, ideally with 2+ years' PQE
• Open to candidates from General Practice or Rural Surveying backgrounds looking to transition into commercial work.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
