Oversee planning, scheduling, risk, and reporting across projects. Ensure accurate resource, budget, and timeline forecasting. Drive adoption and scaling of effective delivery methodologies. Define and lead operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting. Monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive corrective action.
