Straight Forward Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Packing Staff for a cutting-edge vertical farm based in Easton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, sustainable company at the forefront of modern agriculture. Location: Easton Department: Packing Hours (Current): Monday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM 2:00 PM (with the possibility of Thursday shifts depending on workload) Future Hours: Position will become full-time early next year Future Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM Working Temperature: 8 C Type: Full-Time (Temp to Perm Opportunities) Experience: Preferred Key Duties: Packing fresh produce to high standards Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Labelling and preparing items for dispatch Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a chilled (8 C) environment Following all health and safety protocols What We re Looking For: Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred Candidates with quick hand skills and excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a cold environment (protective clothing provided) Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Flexible and adaptable, particularly during the transition to: Full-time hours early next year A 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (06 00) What s in it for You: Full-time hours available as the site moves into its expansion phase Weekly pay Friendly and supportive working environment Ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidates On-site training and development opportunities Apply Today!
