Your new role
As an Interim Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting in this role for an initial 6-9 months. Your responsibilities will include conducting damp and mould inspections, diagnosing issues preparing technical reports, and ensuring a timely resolution for hazards. You will work closely with a contractor to ensure that all remediation works are completed of the highest of standards, whilst managing administration processes in relation to the required works.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in damp and mould surveying within a residential setting.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including Awaab's Law and associated compliance.
• Ability to produce clear technical reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
