My client is looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based near Runcorn. You will be working on overhead line projects, supporting the successful commercial delivery of works from contract award through to final account. Your role As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of overhead line projects. You will work closely with commercial managers, project managers, operational teams, clients and the wider commercial function to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and commercially successfully. You will be: You will take ownership of project cost management, producing accurate forecasts and maintaining clear visibility of commercial performance. You will oversee variations and change, ensuring commercial impacts are identified, assessed and managed effectively. Experience managing subcontractor accounts and variations The ability to communicate effectively with commercial, operational and client teams. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple commercial priorities.
