- 5% incentive bonus after training
- Up to 10% quality and performance bonus
- £1,000 salary increase at 6 and 12 months

We re recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to become Disability Assessors, carrying out meaningful work that helps people access the support they need. This role offers a balanced mix of homeworking and local assessments, giving you both flexibility and security.
What You ll Do
- Complete 3 5 functional assessments per day
- Review medical evidence and claimant questionnaires
- Produce clear, structured, evidence-based reports for the DWP
- Use your clinical expertise in a non-treatment, assessment-focused role
- Assessment models and best practice
- DWP guidelines and standards
- Professional report-writing skills
- Ongoing coaching and clinical support once you re live in role
