IT Systems Engineer

Contract -Asap - end of Jan
Rates - £250-£300p/d inside IR35
Location - Birmingham

An IT Solutions provider are looking for an IT Systems Engineer for a charity.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Field Engineers, Delivery Manager and Planner.
• Manage infrastructure related issues and escalations on behalf of the IT team and internal customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT infrastructure partners and suppliers.
• Provide a single point of contact for infrastructure related communications.
• Document and mitigate infrastructure risks.
• Support the wider IT team with the delivery of services.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient and effective processes.
• Advise Nacro colleagues of their information security obligations where applicable.
• Assist in delivering information security projects and addressing issues.
• Contribute to the development of Scope of Works and Statements of Works to enable ICT projects to be delivered.
• Within limits of confidentiality ensure copies of all relevant documentation are available to relevant parties.
