What you ll do

• Handle inbound calls and support customers with queries
• Review and check customer contracts with strong attention to detail
• Deliver excellent customer care at all times

What we re looking for

• Confident, customer-focused communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Working hours
Full-time, 8:00 am 5:30 pm
