You will be responsible for preparing, cutting and packaginge various types of meat and should have a strong knowledge of different cuts of meat. Butcher Job Responsibilities Prepare and cut different types of meat, including beef, pork & poultry according to customer preferences and specifications. Ensure the freshness and quality of meat products by inspecting them for any signs of spoilage or damage.
