Skills & Qualifications: Essential: o Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role, ideally within a healthcare or critical infrastructure environment. o Competency in mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and repair on HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and other mechanical systems. o Demonstrable experience in Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP) duties. o Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and the ability to implement safe working practices. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
