Higher Level Teaching Assistant responsibilities include: Working under the supervision of the Class Teacher to plan, deliver and evaluate learning activities Implementing plans/programmes by working with individuals and groups of children to ensure that children's educational and personal needs are met, and the school's curriculum is delivered effectively Working flexibly with Groups and on a 1:1 basis Maintaining the learning environment and record keeping To promote the development of students' self-reliance, self-esteem and emotional resilience To develop positive working relationships with students, parents/carers and members of staff We are initially looking for day to day cover when needed and for the right candidate this could lead to long term or permanent employment.
