- Handle exchange and completion procedures efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and compliant case records.
- Deliver a high level of client care.
- Assist senior solicitors and team members.
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing within a law practice.
- Ability to manage a substantial caseload under supervision.
- Strong understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communication and a client-focused attitude.
