Electrician

We are looking to expand our Nationwide team due to new opportunities. You will be at the forefront of one of the most important global carbon zero initiatives.

Location: Ilford and surrounding areas

The work ranges from EICR's EV Installations, Emergency Lighting Installation and Maintaining both Domestic and Commercial settings.

Salary & Hours:

Basic salary ranges from £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Plus our bonus incentive scheme
The is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours per week (08:00am-17:00pm)
Working any 5 out of 7 days including weekends, with a lieu day of your choice

Job Role:

You will be required to carry out various aspects of EICR's, repairs and maintenance and installation of Emergency Lighting, EV Chargers and more. Ensuring a high quality is always maintained.

Installation of EV charging points in Domestic and Commercial environments
Emergency installations of EV charging points and emergency lighting
Conducting maintenance and testing on the EV charging circuits
Fault finding, diagnostics and repairing of electrical systems
Certificates will be completed on a PDA via a system called EasyCert (Full training provided)
Travelling to client's sites
Management of own stock - Collections via local suppliers
Keeping Head Office updated with completed jobs and communicating any follow ups required

Requirements:

Experience completing EICR's and Electrical responsive repairs
Experience installing & fitting various brands of EV Charging Points
Full and clean driving license
Clean DBS check
Ability to stock manage
Strong verbal & written communication skills required
Excellent organisation and time management skills

Qualifications needed:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical qualification or equivalent.
2391 Periodic Inspection and Testing.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
