The Opportunity
A well-established law firm based in Cardiff Bay is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its reputable Property team. This is a rare opportunity to take on a manageable, quality-focused caseload within a supportive and specialist environment not a high-volume or production-line setup.
Youll be part of a friendly, experienced team led by a highly regarded Head of Department, handling a varied caseload of residential sales and purchases, often linked to Court of Protection and Probate Estate matters. The firm prides itself on its client-centred approach and offers an excellent platform for professional growth.
The Role
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
Handling a range of transactions, including matters arising from Court of Protection clients and Probate Estates.
Liaising directly with clients, third parties, and internal teams both in person and remotely.
Ensuring high levels of client care and maintaining excellent communication throughout each transaction.
Conducting legal research using the firms comprehensive in-house facilities.
Contributing to departmental development with genuine opportunities for progression.

About You
Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent experience).
Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
Interest in or exposure to Court of Protection or Private Client related property work would be beneficial.
This role would suit a motivated Conveyancer looking to move away from volume-driven work and into a more client-focused, rewarding environment.
