We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support young students with SEN. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful Teaching Assistant will work one-on-one with students, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine desire to inspire and motivate students and colleagues
• The ability to assist the Teacher with classroom preparation and management
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand students' individual needs
• A resilient approach and the ability to differentiate instruction
• Prior experience is essential.
