Administrator - Order Management - Leeds (LS15) - HYBRID WORKING Location: LS15, Leeds Pay: 13.50 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Hybrid Working: Monday & Friday from home - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office Contract: Temporary until the end of 2026, with potential to extend or become permanent Start Date: ASAP The Role We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the busy Order Management team based in Leeds. This is a varied administrative role supporting the day-to-day running of the team. You will be responsible for keeping information and records up to date, assisting with planning and coordination, and providing general administrative support. We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and detail-focused, with good Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative support to the Order Management team Updating and maintaining records and spreadsheets Using Microsoft Excel to manage and update information Processing and checking data accurately Assisting with planning and coordinating day-to-day activities Monitoring information and following up on outstanding tasks Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues Preparing reports and updating internal systems Liaising with internal teams and suppliers when required Managing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met Supporting the wider team with any ad hoc administrative tasks What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and confident working in a busy environment.
