Job duties:

  • Bookkeeping for clients on different accounting software Sage, QuickBooks and Xero
  • Bank reconciliations weekly and monthly
  • Managing queries and liaising with clients via the phone, emails and sometimes face-to-face
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
  • Preparation of annual accounts
  • Preparation of personal tax returns

Person Specification:

  • Communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • Personable
  • GCSES 4/C of above in maths and English.
  • Previous accounting experience
  • AAT qualified
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero would be an advantage, but not essential
