Job Introduction: Gleeson Homes are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to conduct comprehensive commercial management and oversight of a number of designated developments, implementing robust control and reporting of all development/build-related expenditure in line with site budgets and programmes and cash control requirements to meet the Region's business plan and future growth requirements. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your role will be to proactively collaborate with commercial team members and colleagues from different disciplines to contribute to a shared approach to building homes, changing lives at Gleeson. Main Responsibilties: Take a 'whole company' perspective to the performance of Building Homes.
