Our client, a well-established and growing contractor within the fire industry is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, safety-critical projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. With over two decades of experience in life safety systems, our client has built a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise, and reliability. They're now looking for a commercially astute professional who can support project delivery from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the effective commercial management of multiple projects, including: Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and detailed valuations Managing the procurement process, including subcontractor packages and supplier contracts Administering interim applications, variations, and final accounts Working closely with project teams to monitor budgets, progress, and costs Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities Supporting with tender submissions and contract negotiations Ensuring projects remain commercially viable and profitable Providing cost advice and reports to internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For We're looking for a proactive, driven individual with strong technical knowledge and commercial experience.
