Key Responsibilities: Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on key building systems. Oversee and maintain generators and plant rooms . Manage Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) . Ensure critical building systems are maintained to the highest standards.
