What Youll Be Doing
- Preparing statutory accounts with accuracy and compliance
- Managing client relationships as a trusted adviser, offering tailored financial insight
- Reviewing work, mentoring juniors, and supporting their development
- Producing management accounts to help clients make better business decisions
- Providing tax advice to individuals and corporates with a practical, solutions-first approach
- Contributing to clients long-term financial strategies
What Theyre Looking For
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 4 years in practice
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory
- Confident communicator who builds lasting client relationships
- Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially aware and proactiveyou spot risks and opportunities early
