We have a hospitality client who have various restaraunts and pubs across London that require experienced Managers to run their venues.
Ideally you ll have experience managing Restaraunts and a creative mind to help deliver a great service.
Duties
- Manage and oversee the venue operation
- Deliver superior guest experiences
- Plan and develop overall strategy
- Entrepreneurial drive with a clear understanding of the current market
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sale
- Control costs and minimise waste
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when required
Required Skills
- Three years minimum of management experience
- Experience in General management of restaraunts
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Good Financial management skills
