Basic understanding of debt recovery processes and legal correspondence (preferred). Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills. Self-motivated and able to manage time and travel efficiently. Comfortable using mobile or devices for route planning and reporting. Work Experience: Previous experience in a field-based role is desirable but not essential. Understanding in Energy Industry, Debt Recovery, Disconnections or legal process is an advantage. Full UK driving licence required. Clean DBS check.
