Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture

• Train and inspire a strong front-of-house and bar team
• Lead by example on the floor during service
• Build a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture
• Set clear standards for service, appearance and behaviour

Service & Guest Experience

• Deliver an authentic Northern hospitality experience
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed consistently
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation

Operations & Performance

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Manage rotas, payroll, stock control and ordering
• Maintain GP, labour and overhead targets
• Ensure health & safety and food hygiene compliance

Opening & Launch

• Support with pre-opening setup, training and dry runs
• Organise soft launches and opening events
• Implement systems, procedures and brand standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a busy restaurant
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Financial and commercial understanding
• Passion for quality food and drink
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
