Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a motivated team, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including rotas, stock, ordering, and P&L management.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
• Support the restaurant launch, including pre-opening setup, training, and events.

• Proven experience in a restaurant management or General Manager role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, sales, and profitability.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering WOW-worthy guest experiences.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Full knowledge of food safety and a valid UK visa.
