About the RoleAs a KS2 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate, challenge, and inspire pupils
Support children's academic progress, confidence, and growing independence
Foster a positive classroom environment rooted in curiosity, respect, and high expectations
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and effective teaching strategies
Develop strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's holistic development
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
Confident classroom management and excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm, creativity, and resilience in your teaching approach
A commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences for all pupils
Paid to scale, based on experience and qualifications
