We are working with a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Gloucester who are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher with QTS to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality English education and inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for the right candidate).

The Role:

• Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons

• Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have experience teaching English at secondary level

• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

• Be passionate about English and student achievement

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
