Hospital Pharmacist Manager

Evolve are partnering with a brand-new client who are seeking a Hospital Pharmacist Manager to join their team in a hospital in Salisbury. You ll be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing medication counselling and collaborating with healthcare professionals including Doctors and Nurses to optimise patient care.

This is a full-time opportunity working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday.

• Be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist bring your professional expertise and passion for delivering the highest standards of patient care.
• Use your hospital pharmacy experience to make an impact apply your clinical knowledge in a setting where every decision supports better patient outcomes.
• Communicate with confidence and clarity use your excellent communication and interpretation skills to build trust with patients and colleagues alike.

Role Responsibilities for the Hospital Pharmacy Manager

• Deliver excellence in every prescription dispense medications with accuracy and care, upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
• Be a trusted healthcare partner provide expert medication advice, counselling, and reassurance to help patients get the best from their treatment.
• Collaborate across healthcare teams work closely with Doctors, Nurses, and other professionals to ensure every patient receives optimal, joined-up care.
• Keep everything running smoothly maintain precise patient records and a well-organised pharmacy, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step.
