Pay: Up to £25.00 per hour (Outside IR35)
Contract: Ongoing Contract
Shifts: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Standard hours (Overtime Available)
Location: Royal Leamington Spa

We re looking for experienced Composite Laminators to support high-level motorsport projects on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading composites team working to Formula 1 standards, with multiple positions available and plenty of overtime on offer.

The Role:
You ll be responsible for the lay-up and production of carbon fibre components to F1 specifications, working from engineering drawings and moulds in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hand lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre and other composite materials
• Trimming, fitting, and bonding of composite components
• Working to tight tolerances and engineering drawings
• Maintaining quality and consistency across all parts
• Supporting build schedules and liaising with production leads

The Person:
• Proven background as a Composite Laminator within Formula 1, motorsport, or high-end automotive environments
• Skilled in pre-preg lay-up, vacuum bagging, and autoclave processes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
