We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor with fluency in French, Spanish, or German to join a dynamic and supportive HR team. This role will support the business across a broad range of HR activities and play a key part in delivering high-quality HR advice to managers and employees.
The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide first-line HR guidance across employee relations, policies, and procedures, while supporting the wider HR function in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations cases including absence, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Assist with policy development and HR best practice
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders in French, Spanish, or German as required
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or German (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
