Job Description

Salary: £30,411 - £35,777 per annum
Location: Birmingham / Hybrid (working two days per week in our Birmingham Office)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time

We are excited to announce that we have a permanent opportunity available within our Fitness to Practise team in Birmingham. Caseworkers play an essential role in supporting our remit to protect the public by regulating dental professionals in the UK. You will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, progressing cases in a timely fashion, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Person Specification:

  • Regulatory or similar environment experience, managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment, using prioritisation and organisational skills when managing competing deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, case information and other records using the case management system.
  • Use of analytical skills, exploring investigative options with an attention to detail.
  • Taking a creative approach to trouble shoot and resolve problems.
  • Ability to champion continuous improvement and assist in the implementation of change in the team.
