Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end bid management, from opportunity tracking and go/no-go decisions through to submission and post-bid review.
  • Manage all PQQ and ITT submissions, ensuring compliance, quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop bid strategies and win themes, coordinating technical, commercial and operational inputs.
  • Take ownership of bid writing and narrative development.
  • Manage bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications, risk registers and submissions via client portals.
  • Produce marketing materials including brochures, capability statements and project profiles.
  • Manage digital marketing activity (website and LinkedIn) with basic performance reporting.

This role is ideal for a Bid Manager looking to broaden their responsibilities or take the next step in their career.

Key requirements:

  • Experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar bidding role within construction or civil engineering (or ready to step up).

  • Pension matched up to 5%
  • Company car allowance or electric car scheme
  • 24/7 GP access, mental health counselling, physiotherapy and sickness benefit
