The Role As an Experienced Conveyancer or Paralegal, you will act for purchasers of shared ownership properties, managing transactions from instruction through to completion. Specifically, you will undertake all required due diligence, dealing with lenders throughout the transaction, and checking and reviewing shared ownership leases to ensure all key points are understood. You will clearly report your findings to clients, ensuring they have everything they need, including setting out the essential legal information so they have a full and confident understanding of their purchase, and placing their needs above all else. Managing administration, you will ensure all documentation is compliant, timelines are met, and matters progress smoothly and efficiently to completion. While supported by an experienced team, you will be expected to run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
