We re currently seeking a passionate and reliable Assistant Chef to work in the kitchen to prepare fresh, high-quality meals that cater to a variety of dietary needs in a warm and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of nutritious meals for residents, ensuring presentation and taste meet high standards. Plan menus that meet residents dietary requirements, preferences, and medical needs (e.g., soft diets, allergies, diabetic-friendly options). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, complying with food safety regulations at all times. Ensure food is prepared and stored correctly, following HACCP procedures.
