aka Recruitment are exclusively working with a superb client of ours to bring you this hands on Service Manager position in Wakefield. This is working within a Main Dealership environment managing a busy and thriving workshop. Salary basic is generally starting at 35k with a strong OTE on top. Working hours cover Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm with Saturday work also involved.
Job Duties Include: - Successfully manage a Service team including; Technicians, Advisors, Service Reception, Drivers and Valeters
- Provide excellent leadership skills and help develop all team members
- Implement and deal with budgets and figures
- Use forward thinking processes to motivate and drive the team forward
Requirements: - Experience within a Workshop role is essential
- A proven track record of building and managing teams
- Excellent Customer Service skills is a must
