Clinical Assessor (WCA)
Location: Hybrid/Watford
Salary: £45,500 £47,500 (+£1k at 6 & 12 months) Full Time

Who We re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse, OT, or Physio (1+ year post-registration, adult setting)
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Strong clinical communication, report-writing, IT skills
- Able to work independently with complex cases
- Sponsorship not available
- Assess claimants via phone & face-to-face
- Review medical evidence & write detailed DWP reports
- Quality-focused clinical assessments
- 12 weeks paid training provided
- Hybrid working, up to 10% bonus
