Our factory is purpose built for the manufacture of bespoke timber handrails for the high end market - every one of our projects is tailor made to the customer's requirements and it is critical that standards are never compromised. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities: Preparing raw materials - ripsawing, cross cutting, bandsawing and planing various exotic hardwoods Laminating materials - using various adhesives to bond materials prior to machining. As a Production Operative, your day will be varied and engaging. You'll be involved in all aspects of the production process, from manufacturing to packing. Check product quality, removing any damaged or defective items from the production line. Ensure trays are correctly filled and stacked for the next stage of production. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets.
